Rate Tables are the basis of the monthly charges and how they are applied, as below this customer is has a Water rate that is a 1" meter and standard Sewer charges. This customer also has a Fire Protection charge and a Garbage charge. Only Charges you bill for would be displayed on the screen.
The Rate & Billing Screen also have the Class, Tax Table and Division where the address is located. UBpro can have a unlimited number of transaction codes and rate tables.
