Late fees can be set to a Percentage of the balance or by individual services, or by a flat rate amount. UBpro has a reminder system on the day you chose as the Late Charge date, a reminder will pop-up on the screen.

If you bill quarterly you can charge a late fee each month or once a quarter. Late fees will not be applied until you have approved the process.
